Pancakes Fluffy and Delicious

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 3 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, or more to taste)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ¼ cups (300ml) milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp butter, melted (plus more for cooking)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional but tasty)
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. - Mix wet ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined. - Combine:
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir just until combined. Do not overmix—lumps are okay! Let the batter sit for 5–10 minutes for extra fluffiness. - Cook:
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake. When bubbles form on top and edges look set, flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden. - Serve:
Stack ’em up, drizzle with maple syrup, and top with fruit, whipped cream, or anything you like!
