Diabetic Orange Fluff (Sugar-Free)
Ingredients
- 1 package sugar-free orange gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1 cup sugar-free whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream with no sweetener)
- ½ tsp orange extract (optional, boosts flavor)
- Optional mix-ins:
- ¼ cup mandarin orange segments, packed in water & well-drained (optional, use sparingly)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Dissolve sugar-free gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water and let cool until slightly thickened (not set).
- Fold in Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped topping and any optional mix-ins.
- Chill 1–2 hours until fluffy and set.
