Oats, Apple, Yogurt and Blueberries
Great taste from simple ingredients! Light dessert for breakfast in 5 minutes! The recipe is simple and quick, but very tasty. Easy dessert recipe in 5 minutes. All I can say is that it was over very quickly, and I will definitely do it again soon. Have fun making it and I hope you will enjoy eating it! 🤗
INGREDIENTS
Bake at 360°F/180°C for 50 minutes
Gluten-free oat flakes 1 cup (130 grams)
Hot water 1 cup (240 ml)
Let soak for 5 minutes
2 Eggs
Optionally, you can add erythritol, stevia 2 tbsp
Banana
Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
Yogurt (1/2 cup or 120 grams)
Melted butter 3 1/2 tbspr (50 g)
Apple (1)
Blueberries 2/3 cup (80 g)
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking pan (20 x 8 cm/8 x 3 inches)
Bake at 360°F/180°C for 50 minutes
