Nougat Bars just 4 ingredient

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted almonds (or any nuts you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar-free sweetener
  • 2 cups sugar-free white chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line a small baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Make the Nougat Layer: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter (or almond butter) with honey or sweetener for about 20-30 seconds until soft. Stir well.
  3. Add the Nuts: Add in the roasted almonds (or your preferred nuts) to the mixture and mix until well coated.
  4. Set the Nougat Layer: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press it down firmly. Let it cool and set in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes.
  5. Melt the Chocolate: In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the sugar-free white chocolate chips. Stir every 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Top the Nougat: Once the nougat layer has set, pour the melted white chocolate over it. Spread it evenly.
  7. Chill: Return the pan to the fridge and chill for at least 1 hour, or until fully set.
  8. Cut and Serve: Once set, cut into bars and enjoy your 4-ingredient nougat bars!
