No Sugar, No Flour – Just Pure Goodness

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.)
  • ¼ cup raisins or unsweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut or almond butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add applesauce, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas and stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the oats, nuts, raisins, salt, and any optional add-ins you like.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until firm and lightly golden on top.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
