No Sugar, No Flour – Just Pure Goodness

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.)
- ¼ cup raisins or unsweetened dried cranberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Optional Add-ins:
- 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp natural peanut or almond butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add applesauce, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas and stir to combine.
- Fold in the oats, nuts, raisins, salt, and any optional add-ins you like.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until firm and lightly golden on top.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
