No Bake 2 Weight Watchers Points Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers (look for reduced-fat options)
- 2 tablespoons melted light butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar substitute (like Splenda)
For the Filling:
- 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar substitute (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Topping:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar substitute.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie or tart pan to form the crust. Place it in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
- Make the Filling:
