Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or use mini muffin liners.

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together:

Flour

Sugar

Baking powder

Salt

Cinnamon

Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, combine:

Vanilla
