Serve and enjoy your Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole!
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
Add the marinara sauce to the skillet with the ground beef mixture. Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
Layer the casserole:
Spread half of the cooked spaghetti in the bottom of the greased baking dish.
Spread the creamy cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti.
Add the remaining spaghetti on top of the cheese mixture.
Pour the meat sauce over the top and spread it evenly.
Top the casserole with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
