Milky Way Cottage Cheese Treat
Ingredients
2 low-fat cottage cheese in a tub (450 grams / 16 ounces)
Powdered sugar to taste (150 grams / 1 cup)
1 whipping cream (250 ml / 1 cup)
Cocoa or granko to taste (30 grams / 1 ounce)
Children’s sponge cakes (about 150 grams / 5 ounces)
Grated chocolate or chocolate icing (to taste)
Directions
Prepare the Whipping Cream: Pour the whipping cream into a bowl and beat until it thickens.
Mix the Cottage Cheese: In a separate bowl, mix the low-fat cottage cheese with powdered sugar to your taste.
Combine Mixtures: Add the cottage cheese mixture to the whipped cream and beat everything thoroughly until blended.
Divide the Mixture: Divide this cream mixture into two equal parts.
Add Cocoa or Granko: To one part of the mixture, add cocoa or granko to taste and beat again until well combined.
Layering: In a dessert dish, first layer the dark cocoa cream, then the light cream.
Add Sponge Cakes: Place a layer of children’s sponge cakes or cookies in the middle of the layers.
Finish the Dessert: Grate chocolate over the top or drizzle with chocolate icing made from melted chocolate mixed with cream.
Chill and Serve: Let the dessert set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
