Loaded BLT Salad

π Ingredients:
- 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6-8 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp green onions (optional)
π₯£ Dressing (easy & keto-friendly):
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste

- In a small bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large salad bowl, add chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bacon, eggs, avocado, cheese, and green onions.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is coated.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10β15 minutes before serving.
