Loaded BLT Salad

📝 Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6-8 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp green onions (optional)

🥣 Dressing (easy & keto-friendly):

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a large salad bowl, add chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bacon, eggs, avocado, cheese, and green onions.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is coated.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
