- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a small baking pan.
2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients
In a bowl whisk together:
- eggs
- yogurt
- lemon juice
- lemon zest
- vanilla
- sweetener
3️⃣ Add dry ingredients
Stir in almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
4️⃣ Bake
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5️⃣ Cool completely
Let the cake cool before adding glaze.
