Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer:
    • Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
    • Air Fryer: Set to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Peels:
    • Thoroughly wash the potato peels to remove any dirt.
    • Pat them dry with a kitchen towel or paper towel.
  3. Season the Peels:
    • Place the potato peels in a bowl.
    • Lightly spray them with the low-calorie oil.
    • Sprinkle with salt and a splash of vinegar.
    • Toss to coat evenly. You can add any additional seasonings at this point.
  4. Bake or Air Fry:
    • Oven: Spread the potato peels in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
    • Air Fryer: Spread the potato peels in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  5. Serve:
    • Once crispy, remove the peels and let them cool slightly.
    • If you like, drizzle a bit more vinegar over them for extra tang.
    • Enjoy your crispy potato peel chips as a snack or side dish!
