Left over potato peel
Ingredients:
- Potato peels (from about 3-4 potatoes)
- Low-calorie oil spray
- Salt (to taste)
- Vinegar (white or apple cider vinegar, to taste)
- Optional: black pepper, garlic powder, or any other seasonings you like
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer:
- Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
- Air Fryer: Set to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Peels:
- Thoroughly wash the potato peels to remove any dirt.
- Pat them dry with a kitchen towel or paper towel.
- Season the Peels:
- Place the potato peels in a bowl.
- Lightly spray them with the low-calorie oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and a splash of vinegar.
- Toss to coat evenly. You can add any additional seasonings at this point.
- Bake or Air Fry:
- Oven: Spread the potato peels in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
- Air Fryer: Spread the potato peels in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve:
- Once crispy, remove the peels and let them cool slightly.
- If you like, drizzle a bit more vinegar over them for extra tang.
