PIGS IN A BLANKET AIR FRYER
Ingredients:
- Mini sausages or cocktail wieners
- Crescent roll dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Cooking spray
- Optional: Mustard or ketchup for dipping
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- While the air fryer is preheating, prepare your crescent roll dough. If using store-bought dough, follow the instructions on the packaging to separate and unroll the dough into individual triangles. If making your own dough, roll it out and cut it into small triangles.
- Place one mini sausage at the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
- Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides to encase the sausage completely. Make sure it’s sealed well.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the wrapped sausages in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each one to allow for even cooking. You may need to cook them in batches if your air fryer has limited space.
- Cook the pigs in a blanket in the preheated air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Check them at around 8 minutes and adjust the cooking time as needed, depending on the size of your sausages and the specific air fryer you’re using.
- Once they’re cooked to your liking, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two. Be cautious, as they’ll be very hot.
- Serve your pigs in a blanket with mustard, ketchup, or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Enjoy your delicious and crispy pigs in a blanket!
