Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup (115g) cold unsalted butter, cubed

  • ¾ cup (150g) brown sugar, packed

  • ¼ tsp salt

1. Prep & Bake the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9″ pan with parchment paper (overhang for easy removal).
  • In a food processor, pulse flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold butter; pulse until crumbs form.
