Keto Zuppa Toscana

1# Italian sausage
4 strips of bacon, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic
2 cups cauliflower, chopped
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups kale
S & P to taste
Oregano
Red Pepper flakes
Brown sausage & bacon, add onion, spices, & garlic, cook about 3 minutes. Add cauliflower, broth, & water. Bring to boil, cover & simmer for 15 minutes. Add kale & heavy cream. Cook another 5 minutes or until kale starts to wilt.
