Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup keto sweetened condensed milk (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener (optional, depending on how sweet you like it)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol (if using), baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter or coconut oil, unsweetened almond milk, keto sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Tips:
- For a bit of extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of cinnamon or a handful of chopped nuts or berries to the batter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
