Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:
- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges, for garnish)
For the Cocktail Sauce:
- 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup (check labels for keto-friendly options or make your own)
- 1 tablespoon horseradish (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (make sure it’s low-carb or use a keto-friendly alternative)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the Shrimp:
- Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- If grilling, thread the shrimp onto skewers. Grill for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. If using a skillet, cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until done. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
