Keto Pretzel Bites with Cheese SauceI
Ingredients:
- For the Pretzel Bites:
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
- Coarse salt for sprinkling
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the Cheeses:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds or until melted and well combined.
- Mix the Dough:
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder. Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg. Mix until you form a dough. You can use your hands to knead it together until smooth.
- Shape the Pretzel Bites:
- Divide the dough into small, bite-sized pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with Butter & Sprinkle with Salt:
- Brush the tops of the pretzel bites with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake:
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the Cream:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
- Add the Cheese:
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season:
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve:
- Pour the cheese sauce into a serving bowl and serve warm alongside the pretzel bites.
