Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Prepare Cheese: If you’re using pre-shredded cheese, ensure it’s not coated with anti-caking agents. For best results, shred the cheese yourself.
- Form Cheese Chips:
- For uniform chips, place small mounds of cheese (about 1 tablespoon each) on the prepared baking sheet. Space them about 1 inch apart. Flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon.
- If you’re adding spices, sprinkle them on top of each mound of cheese before baking.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on them, as they can burn quickly.
- Cool:
- Remove from the oven and let the cheese crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. They will become crispier as they cool.
- Store:
- Once cooled, store the cheese crisps in an airtight container. They are best enjoyed within a few days but can last up to a week.
