KETO PIZZA ROLL-UPS 2 WAYS

When you’re craving pizza, these low-carb pizza roll-ups are the answer!

INGREDIENTS
Version #1: 2 Ingredient Pizza Roll Ups:

11 slices of mozzarella cheese
mini pepperoni slices
Italian seasoning (optional)
marinara or keto dipping sauce
Version #2: Low Carb Tortilla Pizza Roll Ups:

9 slices pepperoni
3 slices provolone cheese
large low carb tortilla
2 tablespoons marinara sauce
sprinkle of Italian seasoning
DIRECTIONS

For Version #1 – 2 Ingredient Pizza Roll-Ups:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place sliced cheese (shredded works, too) on parchment paper to avoid any sticking. Put in the oven for 6 minutes or until cheese slices start to brown around the edges. Remove from the oven.

If desired, sprinkle Italian seasoning on melted cheese and add as little or as much pepperoni as you would like. I did 3 mini slices per cheese slice.

Give the cheese about 2 minutes to cool, then gently roll them up and serve. Enjoy!

For Version #2 – Low Carb Tortilla Pizza Roll Ups:

Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat. Add pepperoni and then cheese to the middle of the skillet.

Let the cheese melt for about 30-90 seconds, and then add the tortilla. Use your hand to press down and twist so the cheese is secured to the tortilla.

Flip the tortilla over onto a cutting board, add the sauce, and a little Italian seasoning. Roll up the tortilla, cut it in half, and enjoy!
