keto pizza crust recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, add mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 45–60 seconds until melted. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Mix in almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Add the egg: Stir in the egg until a dough forms. You can use your hands or a spatula.
  5. Form the crust: Place dough between two parchment papers and roll it out into a circle or rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  6. Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Add your toppings: Remove from oven, add sugar-free pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite keto toppings (pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, etc.).
  8. Bake again for another 5–7 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
