keto pizza crust recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza tray with parchment paper.
- Melt cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, add mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 45–60 seconds until melted. Stir until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients: Mix in almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Add the egg: Stir in the egg until a dough forms. You can use your hands or a spatula.
- Form the crust: Place dough between two parchment papers and roll it out into a circle or rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Add your toppings: Remove from oven, add sugar-free pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite keto toppings (pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, etc.).
- Bake again for another 5–7 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
