Keto Hot Fudge Brownie
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
- For the hot fudge sauce:
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:-
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. If desired, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the brownies are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- While the brownies are baking, prepare the hot fudge sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, heavy cream, and butter. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove the hot fudge sauce from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Let the brownies cool slightly in the pan, then drizzle the warm hot fudge sauce over the top.
