Keto Hot Fudge Brownie

Ingredients:-

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
  • For the hot fudge sauce:
    • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of your choice
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:-

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. If desired, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the brownies are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. While the brownies are baking, prepare the hot fudge sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, heavy cream, and butter. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Remove the hot fudge sauce from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  8. Let the brownies cool slightly in the pan, then drizzle the warm hot fudge sauce over the top.
