Keto Egg & Cheese Chaffles

* 2 Eggs
* 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese
* 2 Tablespoons of Almond flour
* Seasonings: salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder – all your own preferences
Mix all together in small bowl, spray your chaffle maker to keep from sticking, I added mozzarella cheese to the bottom and top for extra crispy.
Fried an egg, Canadian bacon and added a slice of American cheese.
Put all together to make your sandwich – easy!!
