  • 1 packet sugar-free powdered drink mix (such as sugar-free chocolate or vanilla pudding mix)
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips or unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
    Instructions: 
    1. Blend Ingredients:In a blender, combine the full-fat Greek yogurt, sugar-free sweetened condensed milk, light whipped topping, and sugar-free powdered drink mix.
