Keto Filled Peppers

Cut the top off 4 bell peppers

Remove stem and chop up the rest of the top.

Chop 1 Onion

Brown about 1lb (500g) of ground beef.

Add the chopped pepper and onion and season with salt, pepper, garlic and cumin.

**Replace Tomatoes if they donโ€™t fit your macros**

Add about a cup of crushed tomatoes and a cup of shredded cheese (Monterey and cheddar mix) and cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the mix to the peppers and put cheese over the top of the peppers and put it all in a shallow glass baking dish with a little water in the bottom.

Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 F for 30 min. Then take the cover off and bake for another 20 minutes.

About 10g of carbs and 4 grams of fiber per pepper so 6g net carbs total per pepper.

If you remove the tomatoes it comes down to 3g net carbs per pepper.
