Instructions:
Prepare the Cucumbers:
Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds. You can peel the cucumber if desired, but leaving the skin on adds texture and nutrients.
Make the Cream Cheese Mix:
In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, garlic powder, lemon juice (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Slices:
Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice. You can use more or less cream cheese based on preference.
Add Toppings (Optional):
Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for extra richness.
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds on top for added flavor.
Serve and Enjoy:
Arrange the cucumber slices on a plate and serve immediately. They’re great as a quick snack or a party appetizer.
Tips:
You can also add smoked salmon or thinly sliced turkey for extra protein.
