Keto Crustless Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (or any ground meat of your choice)
- 1 cup low-carb marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Season the beef: Add garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper to the ground beef. Mix well.
- Assemble the pizza:
- Spread the low-carb marinara sauce evenly in a baking dish or pie pan.
- Spread the cooked ground beef over the sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the ground beef.
- Arrange sliced pepperoni, black olives, and any other toppings you desire over the cheese.
- Bake:
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing….
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
