Keto Crustless Pizza


  • 1 lb ground beef (or any ground meat of your choice)
  • 1 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Season the beef: Add garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper to the ground beef. Mix well.
  4. Assemble the pizza:
    • Spread the low-carb marinara sauce evenly in a baking dish or pie pan.
    • Spread the cooked ground beef over the sauce.
    • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the ground beef.
    • Arrange sliced pepperoni, black olives, and any other toppings you desire over the cheese.
  5. Bake:
    • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing….
    • Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
