Keto Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
  3. Make the creamy sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Combine: Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy sauce. Let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
