Keto Crab Rangoons

Ingredients:
🔹 4 oz cream cheese, softened
🔹 ½ cup canned crab meat (or cooked fresh crab), drained
🔹 1 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
🔹 ½ tsp garlic powder
🔹 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
🔹 ¼ tsp salt
🔹 ¼ tsp black pepper
🔹 ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for wrapping)
🔹 ½ cup almond flour
🔹 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
🔹 Avocado oil (for frying)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
2️⃣ Make the wrappers:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella for about 30 seconds.
- Mix in almond flour until dough forms.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut into squares.
3️⃣ Fill & fold:
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Brush edges with beaten egg and fold into a triangle or traditional rangoon shape.
- Press edges to seal.
4️⃣ Cook:
- Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry rangoons until golden brown and crispy (about 2-3 mins per side).
- Alternatively, air-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
