Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare the Custard Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Add Coffee Flavor: Dissolve the instant coffee granules in a small amount of hot water (about 1 tablespoon) and add it to the custard mixture. If using cocoa powder, mix it in as well.
- Blend (Optional): For a smoother texture, you can blend the mixture using an immersion blender or a regular blender for about 30 seconds.
- Pour into Baking Dish: Pour the custard mixture into a greased baking dish or individual ramekins.
