Keto Chocolate Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol (or monk fruit sweetener)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (or coconut oil)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker according to its instructions.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla.
- Combine: Pour wet mixture into dry and stir until smooth. The batter will be slightly thick.
- Cook: Lightly grease your waffle iron. Pour in batter (about 1/2–2/3 cup per waffle, depending on size) and cook until set and crisp — usually 3–4 minutes.
- Serve: Top with sugar-free whipped cream, fresh berries, or a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup.
