keto Chocolate Tart

Ingredients
For the crust:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol (or any keto-friendly sweetener)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
For the filling:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz sugar-free dark chocolate (chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Crust
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, melted butter, and vanilla until it forms a dough.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch tart pan evenly.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate, butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Assemble & Chill
- Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled tart crust.
- Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
