Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (sugar-free)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Whip Cream: In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peaks form.
- Add Cocoa & Sweetener: Gradually add cocoa powder and powdered erythritol while continuing to whip until combined.
- Add Peanut Butter & Vanilla: Fold in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt gently until smooth and fluffy.
- Chill (Optional): For a firmer texture, refrigerate for 15–30 minutes.
- Serve: Scoop into bowls or dessert cups and enjoy immediately!
