keto CHOCOLATE KETO FAT BOMB BROWNIES

Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter (or coconut oil)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup keto-friendly sweetener (like erythritol or monk fruit)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (for extra richness)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and mix with cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in sweetener.
- Whisk in eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream.
- Fold in almond flour and salt until combined. Add chocolate chips if using.
