keto CHOCOLATE KETO FAT BOMB BROWNIES

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter (or coconut oil)
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup keto-friendly sweetener (like erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (for extra richness)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and mix with cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in sweetener.
  3. Whisk in eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream.
  4. Fold in almond flour and salt until combined. Add chocolate chips if using.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until set but still fudgy in the center.
  6. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
