Keto Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars. This sweet treat won’t ruin your keto diet since each bar only contains 2.4 net carbohydrates
Ingredients
- Butter crust, 8 teaspoons (1 stick)
- Almond flour, 1 1/4 cups
- swerve in 2 tablespoons
Cheesecake Syrup
- 2 packages of 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg
- a teaspoon of vanilla
- 12 cup of swerve powder (confectioners sugar)
- chocolate chips, 1 cup (Lily’s no-sugar)
Instructions
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- A 8×8 baking pan should be lined with aluminium foil or parchment paper, lightly sprayed with cooking spray, and left aside.
Melted butter
- Combine swerve, butter, and almond flour. Mix well.
- Bake for 6 minutes after pressing crust into pan.
Cheesecake Syrup
- (electric mixer)Beat the powdered swerve, egg, vanilla, and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Combine with chocolate chips.
- In the pan, evenly distribute the cheesecake filling. Bake for 30 minutes.
