KETO CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed or lightly cooked)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Combine chicken and broccoli in the baking dish, then pour the creamy mixture over it. Stir to coat.
4️⃣ Top with cheddar and parmesan cheese.
5️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
6️⃣ Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy, keto-friendly comfort meal!
