Keto Chef Salad

Ingredients:
- Mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.) – 2 cups
- Cooked chicken breast – 1/2 cup, diced
- Cooked bacon – 2 slices, crumbled
- Hard-boiled eggs – 2, sliced
- Cucumber – 1/2, sliced
- Avocado – 1/2, diced
- Cherry tomatoes – 1/4 cup, halved
- Cheddar cheese – 1/4 cup, shredded
- Red onion – 2 tbsp, thinly sliced
- Olives – 1/4 cup, sliced
- Ranch dressing or keto-friendly dressing – 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the veggies and protein: Slice the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Dice the cooked chicken, slice the hard-boiled eggs, and crumble the cooked bacon.
- Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, layer the mixed greens as the base. Add the chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, and olives.
