Keto Cheddar Ranch Crack Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 2 tbsp homemade ranch seasoning)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: If you’re serving it warm, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the Goodies: Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and half of the green onions. Save some bacon and green onions for topping!
  4. Bake (Optional): Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle some extra cheddar on top and bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  5. Serve: Garnish with the reserved bacon and green onions. Serve warm or cold with keto-friendly dippers like celery sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, or keto crackers.

Tips:

  • Make Ahead: You can prep this dip a day in advance and bake just before serving.
  • Add a Kick: Sprinkle in some crushed red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños for a spicy twist.
