Keto Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients:
- 1½ cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional but adds great flavor)
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for brushing)
- 1 tbsp sour cream or cream cheese (adds moisture)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add in shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and sour cream.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop 2 tbsp portions and drop onto the tray (like drop biscuits).
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter (you can add a little parsley or garlic to it if you like!).
