Keto Butterfinger candy bars

Ingredients:
🔸 1 cup peanut butter (sugar-free)
🔸 1 cup crushed pork rinds (or keto-friendly cereal)
🔸 ½ cup powdered sweetener (like Allulose or Erythritol)
🔸 1 tsp vanilla extract
🔸 1 tsp molasses (optional for flavor, but minimal impact on carbs)
🔸 1½ cups sugar-free chocolate chips
🔸 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix peanut butter, crushed pork rinds, sweetener, vanilla extract, and molasses until well combined.
2️⃣ Line a small pan with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into it. Freeze for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave (30-second intervals) until smooth.
4️⃣ Cut the frozen peanut butter mixture into bars and dip them in melted chocolate. Place them on parchment paper.
5️⃣ Let them set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until firm.
