Keto Burger Power Bowl

Ingredients

For the Burger:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Bowl:

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce or spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup avocado, diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (keto-friendly)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Burger:
    • In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Form into 4 small patties.
    • Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  2. Assemble the Bowl:
    • In a large bowl, place the chopped lettuce or spinach as the base.
    • Add diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, pickles, red onions, and avocado.
    • Slice cooked burger patties and place on top.
  3. Dress the Bowl:
    • Mix mayonnaise and mustard together, drizzle over the bowl.
    • Optionally, add a little olive oil for extra fat.
  4. Serve:
    • Toss gently or leave layered. Enjoy immediately.
