
Ingredients
For the Burger:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the Bowl:
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce or spinach
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (keto-friendly)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Burger:
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 4 small patties.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Assemble the Bowl:
- In a large bowl, place the chopped lettuce or spinach as the base.
- Add diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, pickles, red onions, and avocado.
- Slice cooked burger patties and place on top.
- Dress the Bowl:
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard together, drizzle over the bowl.
- Optionally, add a little olive oil for extra fat.
- Serve:
- Toss gently or leave layered. Enjoy immediately.
