Keto Burger King
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
- 4 large lettuce leaves (for wraps)
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 pickles
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons mustard
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese (optional, for cheeseburger)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Beef Patties:
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Patties:
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Assemble the Burger:
- Place each cooked patty on a lettuce leaf.
- Top with a slice of cheddar cheese (if using), tomato slices, pickles, and onion slices.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the patty or on additional lettuce leaves for a more layered burger.
- You can also add more lettuce leaves to cover the top of the burger.
