Keto Burger King

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves (for wraps)
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 pickles
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese (optional, for cheeseburger)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef Patties:
    • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
    • Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the Patties:
    • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  3. Assemble the Burger:
    • Place each cooked patty on a lettuce leaf.
    • Top with a slice of cheddar cheese (if using), tomato slices, pickles, and onion slices.
    • Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the patty or on additional lettuce leaves for a more layered burger.
    • You can also add more lettuce leaves to cover the top of the burger.
  4. Serve:
    • Enjoy your keto Whopper with a side of keto-friendly pickles or a salad!
