Keto Baked Spinach
Artichoke Chicken
Ingredients
1 lbs Boneless
Chicken Thighs
Himalayan Salt
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
1/2 tub of Members Mark spinach artichoke dip (bought at Sam’s Club)
Olive oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan
Season chicken thighs with salt, garlic powder, onion powder & Italian seasoning both sides.
Sear chicken until golden brown crust forms on both sides.
Place chicken thighs in baking dish and bake in the oven at 400 for 20 mins
After 20 mins place 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of dip onto each thigh… make sure it’s covered
Bake for an additional 20 mins
Let rest for 5 min
Then enjoy.
