- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup erythritol / monk fruit

- Knead until smooth dough forms.

- Roll dough between parchment paper.
- Cut into squares.
- Place spoon of “apple” filling in center.
- Fold & seal edges like dumplings.
3️⃣ Bake
- Place in greased baking dish.
- Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 18–22 min
- Until golden on top.

- ¼ cup butter
- 2 tbsp sweetener
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
Melt together & pour over warm dumplings.
