Keto Baked Apple Dumplings

Add to filling:

  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup erythritol / monk fruit
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch salt

Cook on stovetop 8–10 min until soft. Set aside.


🥟 Fathead Dough (Keto Dumpling)

  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt

🔪 Method

1️⃣ Make Dough

  1. Melt mozzarella + cream cheese (microwave 60–90 sec).
  2. Mix almond flour, egg & salt.
  3. Knead until smooth dough forms.

2️⃣ Assemble Dumplings

  1. Roll dough between parchment paper.
  2. Cut into squares.
  3. Place spoon of “apple” filling in center.
  4. Fold & seal edges like dumplings.

3️⃣ Bake

  • Place in greased baking dish.
  • Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 18–22 min
  • Until golden on top.

🧈 Keto Cinnamon Sauce (Optional but WOW)

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream

Melt together & pour over warm dumplings.
