Keto Almond Halwa

Ingredients:

  • Almond flour – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 4 tbsp
  • Erythritol or Stevia – 3 to 4 tbsp (adjust to taste)
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Warm water or unsweetened almond milk – 1/2 cup
  • Chopped almonds or pistachios – for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat Ghee
    In a non-stick pan, add ghee and let it melt on low flame.
  2. Roast Almond Flour
    Add almond flour and roast it in ghee for 5–7 minutes on medium-low heat. Keep stirring until it turns golden and aromatic.
  3. Add Liquid
    Slowly add warm water or almond milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
  4. Sweeten It
    Add erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener. Mix well until it dissolves completely.
  5. Flavor
    Add cardamom powder and stir until halwa thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
  6. Garnish & Serve
    Top with chopped nuts and serve warm.

🔥 Tip:

For a richer taste, you can use a mix of almond flour and a little coconut flour, but adjust liquid accordingly.
