Italian Plant Based Sausage Pasta

1 box of bow tie pasta

1 bag of beyond crumbles or impossible grounds if you prefer

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

1 bag of frozen chopped kale

1 medium rotel

1 original rotel

Sauce:

2 and a half almost 3 cans of coconut milk

3 containers of follow your heart parmesan

1 block of vio life feta cheese

I can’t believe it’s not butter

Himalayan salt

Black pepper

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Parsley flakes

Stir on medium, then simmer

I cooked the crumbles with butter, minced garlic, cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, black pepper & onion powder

Chopped kale with melted butter, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder & a lil salt

Drained juice from rotel cans

Mixed the crumbles, kale & rotel together

Al dente my pasta in veggie broth

Drained my pasta

Poured pasta in glass pan

Fold (not mix) Alfredo sauce in

Fold (not mix) crumbles, kale & rotel concoction with pasta

Folding it in helps to avoid pasta from breaking

Baked on 345 covered for 15 minutes & uncovered for 15 minutes

Serve it up & enjoy beloved’s
