Honey Garlic Ribs

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1.5 – 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

For the Keto “Honey” Garlic Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp sugar-free honey substitute (like ChocZero or Nature’s Hollow)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a kick!)

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Prep Ribs:
    Remove the membrane from the ribs if needed. Pat dry. Rub with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Bake or Air Fry:
    • Oven: Wrap in foil and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
    • Air fryer: 350°F for 25–30 mins, flipping halfway.
  3. Make the Sauce:
    While ribs cook, combine all sauce ingredients in a pan. Simmer on medium heat until it thickens slightly (about 5–7 mins).
  4. Glaze & Broil:
    Brush ribs with sauce and broil for 3–5 mins until caramelized OR return to air fryer for 5 mins to get that sticky finish.
  5. Serve:
    Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions. Serve hot!
