๐ Ingredients:
- 1.5 โ 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
For the Keto “Honey” Garlic Sauce:
- 3 tbsp sugar-free honey substitute (like ChocZero or Nature’s Hollow)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a kick!)
๐ฅ Instructions:
- Prep Ribs:
Remove the membrane from the ribs if needed. Pat dry. Rub with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. - Bake or Air Fry:
- Oven: Wrap in foil and bake at 300ยฐF (150ยฐC) for 2.5โ3 hours until tender.
- Air fryer: 350ยฐF for 25โ30 mins, flipping halfway.
- Make the Sauce:
While ribs cook, combine all sauce ingredients in a pan. Simmer on medium heat until it thickens slightly (about 5โ7 mins). - Glaze & Broil:
Brush ribs with sauce and broil for 3โ5 mins until caramelized OR return to air fryer for 5 mins to get that sticky finish. - Serve:
Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions. Serve hot!
