In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
Drain any excess fat.
Add Ingredients:
Add the finely chopped onion to the skillet and cook until soft.
Stir in the yellow mustard, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
Simmer:
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the liquid has mostly evaporated and the beef mixture is moist but not too wet.
Prepare the Buns:
While the meat mixture is simmering, lightly toast the slider buns.
Assemble the Sliders:
Spoon the loose meat mixture onto the bottom half of each slider bun.
Add any desired toppings such as pickles, ketchup, mustard, cheese, or onions.
Place the top half of the bun on each slider.
Serve:
Serve the Maid-Rite sliders hot, with a side of your favorite chips or fries.
