Homemade chicken tenders in the air fryer

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray

Instructions:
- Prepare the Coating Stations:
- In one bowl, add flour.
- In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the Chicken:
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off.
- Coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange and Cook:
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the basket. Avoid overcrowding.
- Lightly spray the tenders with cooking spray to ensure crispiness.
- Air Fry:
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve:
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, honey mustard, or BBQ sauce.
